4 Holiday Raffle 2012 Winners

rafflejersey1The winners have been selected for the Holiday Raffle sponsored by the Friends of the Hyde Park Branch Library!

At the end of the Hyde Park Historical Society’s holiday meeting at the branch library on Saturday December 15th, Friends Directors Barbara Wicker and Claire Pauley drew 5 tickets for each of the 5 items in the prize package: 1 each MLB-licensed men’s large Pedroia home jersey (pictured above), reversible Red Sox pullover jacket, Red Sox zippered jacket with hood, Red Sox logo ball cap, and a commemorative Fenway coin set.  The winners drawn are:  Agnes Burns, Gloria Ganno (2), Alice Kane, and Roberta Poff.

Congratulations to the lucky winners, and a big “Thank-you!” to everyone who participated in our raffle!  A special “Thank-you!” from the Friends goes to Friends Director John Wentworth for his generous donation of the prize package.  The raffle proceeds totaling $250 will sponsor programs at the branch library in the coming year.

Three more days left before Raffle Drawing!

baseball1Time is running out to purchase your raffle tickets for the Friends’ Holiday Raffle featuring a special prize package of officially licensed Red Sox gear valued at $600!  The drawing for the lucky winner is set for Saturday, December 15 at 3 PM at the conclusion of the Hyde Park Historical Society’s holiday meeting.  Included in the prize package are:

  • 1 Men’s cap, navy with socks logo
  • 1 Men’s large Pedroia #15 jersey
  • 1 Men’s large reversible pullover jacket
  • 1 Men’s large hooded jacket
  • 1 Framed collectible coin set.

Tickets are $5.00 each or 3 tickets for $10.00, and may be purchased in person at the branch library’s circulation desk.  Raffle tickets may also be purchased with a credit card via Paypal buttons on this website.  Please supply your name, phone number and email address when prompted.  The winning ticket holder need not be present at the drawing.

Proceeds of this holiday raffle will benefit programs and activities at the branch library in the coming year.  All programs and activities at the library are free and open to the public.

Friends’ Holiday Raffle 2012

The Friends of the Hyde Park Branch Library are pleased to offer a Holiday Raffle featuring a special prize package of officially licensed Red Sox gear for the dedicated fan in your family! Included in the prize package are:

  • 1 Men’s cap, navy with socks logo
  • 1 Men’s large Pedroia #15 jersey
  • 1 Men’s large reversible pullover jacket
  • 1 Men’s large hooded jacket

Crafty Mondays, Mar-Apr 2012
